A two storied building located 14 m from the main road to Corfu, 30 from the sea, near the Benitses Shopping Centre, restaurants, bars and medical facilities.

On the elevated ground floor there are five studios and another eleven on the 1st floor. Each studio has two or three beds, a shower/w.c., airbrush, air-conditioning, satelite TV, balcony and a kitchenette with fridge (for breakfast and light meals) as an anteroom.
